Person Centred care is provided to ensure that the service user (client) is being supported in an individualised way protecting their dignity, independence, privacy, rights and choices.


         Care Provided

  • People who are physically disabled who need assistance with the things that their disability prevents them from doing unsupported.
  • Continence support.
  •  Support with toilet reqirements, Including catheter care and stoma bags.
  • Assistance in getting into and out of bed, dressing and undressing
  • Domestic-Cleaning, vacuum cleaning, dusting, ironing, laundry.
  • Companionship, Social visits to keep the individual company.
  • Collection of shopping and unpacking it for you.
  • Night sits which can be sleeping nights where the individual cannot be alone or may like someone present for comfort and safety and waking nights where a person may need assistance throughout the night. 
  • Alzheimers & Dementia care. A Person centred plan of care is created and Staff trained in the understanding of dementia support the individual in carrying out their daily tasks safely promoting Independence Dignity and choice whilst respecting their Rights in the least restrictive way.
  • Meal preparation/assistance with eating.
  • Medication monitoring encouragement and gentle promting.
  • Palliative, end of life care for individuals with terminal illnesses which can involve respite care sitting visits, personal care and assisting in making sure the individual is comfortable.
  • Mental illnesses
  • Learning difficulties

  • Enablement, supporting to regain confidence independence & mobility.
  • Support and assistance in using equipment and mobility aids.
  • Checking visits to make sure your loved ones are safe
  • Respite care, staff are provided to sit with individuals for long periods of time to ensure their safety and wellbeing and provide support/assistance and personal care where required.
  • Supporting individuals to gain life skills
