(ALL) staff have an enhanced DBS check to ensure they are able to work with vulnerable adults.

 

All staff have high standard training using practical methods as well as provided materials and this is carried out in house.

Staff will have training in Manual handling

Mental capacity & DOLS


Staff undergo supervisions and a number of steps before they are able to work alone. Training is refreshed annually or sooner where required but staff are provided with guidence that is ongoing throughout their employment and have ongoing support to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their duties safely.


All staff are provided Support and mentoring.


Staff have quaterly reviews and frequent spot checks and supervisions and where further knowledge and skills are required it is then sourced and provided, ensuring that they have the best resources to carry out their duties in a safe correct manor.


Staff that do not currently hold a qualification - NVQ level 2 / 3 diplomas in Health and Social Care are supported to become qualified.


All staff have company ID badges which has our company logo expiry date and our company details along with the staff members position and name. (Always request I.D before letting a stranger into your home)


Staff uniform is a Navy Blue with Yellow trim and has Bees care logo
