Bee's care Agency limited was created by Rachel Frost after having years of experience in providing care on a personal level as well as providing community based care services to individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's & Dementia, Parkinsons disease, MS and terminal illnesses and general personal care and enablement. In providing care as a care worker Rachel decided that she wanted to have more control over the quality of the care being provided and by creating Bee's Care she was in the position to do this.
Bee's care Agencies aim is to provide high Standards of care to individuals in their own homes that are aged between the ages of 18 and 65 +.
This is a brief insight of how Bee's Care work and a little bit about us.
After making contact with us to discuss your requirements we will arrange a home visit, if you have a email address we can email you some information before we meet.
If we cannot allocate a carer at the said time and date then we will ask if you are requiring assistance urgently. If you are then we will offer to provide you with methods of seeking a care provision if you do not already have this information.
A plan of care is created with input from the individual requiring support and also at times others such as Social workers, Occupational therapists and relatives or a nominated person can assist to ensure that the individuals required support is documented in a way that provides staff with clear instructions to ensure they preserve the persons Dignity and independence that respects the Rights & choices of the individual.
Individuals have the opportunity to personalise their plan of care as much or as little as they like providing information on their cultural preferences, their history etc
Care support plans, risk assessments are reviewed quarterly to ensure that the support plan in place is still meeting your requirements. As part of staff training they are informed and trained to observe and report changes and those that use our services are advised to contact us if their needs change before the review is due so we can ensure the support plan is up to date. We can adjust this as frequently as required.
Bees care also like to send surveys out to those we provide services to so we can gain feedback and make improvements as required, this is part of our quality assurance as well as the reviews and spot checks that are carried out.
At Bee's Care Agency all staff are trained in-house using varied techniques that work well and that cover the care certificate, it has a mixture of methods, some which invole the knowledge and experiences of the registered manager however training does not just stop there it is ongoing, staff are mentored and guided to work within the agreed ways throughout their employment but also in a way that gives them a edge which means that the end result is outstanding care and a home care provider that goes that extra mile.
All staff undergo an enhanced DBS check (Disclosure barring Service) and are working to be qualified or are already qualified in Health and Social care.
Staff have Quarterly supervisions and also have appraisals and spot checks to ensure they are working following our company policies and procedures. Performance is monitored on a daily basis. Everyone at Bee's Care work as a team and thats what makes us different, team work to ensure your safety and well-being.
